Will my insurance cover my visit?

Depends on which physician you see and your insurance carrier.

Patients that see Dr. Jeremy & Dr. Candice: You are responsible for paying for your visit upfront at the time of  your appointment. Upon checkout, you will receive a “Super Bill” receipt. This “Super Bill” will have all necessary service, diagnostic, and doctor codes your insurance company will need. Please contact your insurance on where to send your “Super Bill”, your insurance can then process and reimburse YOU for the percentage that it covers for Chiropractic Care.

Medicare: You are responsible for paying for your visit upfront at the time of your appointment. Our office will submit claims to Medicare, and Medicare will reimburse YOU (the patient) for the percentage that Medicare covers for Chiropractic Care.

What is Applied Kinesiology?

As chiropractors specializing in Applied Kinesiology, we are able to combine mainstream treatment methods with alternative forms, which enables us to determine the source of our patient’s condition at a much faster rate. Our diagnostic and corrective techniques involve chiropractic, muscle balancing, acupressure, nutritional support, cranio-sacral technique, as well as neurovascular and neurolymphatic therapy.

What are the benefits that may be experienced from using the Applied Kinesiology based procedures?

  • Provide an interactive assessment of the functional health status of an individual in conjunction with standard diagnostic procedures
  • Restore postural balance, correct gait impairment, improve range of motion
  • Achieve homeostasis of endocrine, immune, digestive, and other visceral functions. Intervene earlier in degenerative processes to prevent delay the onset of frank pathologic processes.

Are adjustments safe?

Chiropractic care is widely recognized as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of most back and neck problems. Spinal adjustments are extremely safe when performed by a licensed chiropractor.

Do adjustments hurt?

Chiropractic manipulation is a highly controlled procedure that rarely causes discomfort because minimal force and gentle pressure are used. In fact, most patients feel relief immediately following treatment. Drinking plenty of water, using an ice pack, and engaging in light stretching after your first visit can help ease any discomfort promote healing.

What do I need to prepare for my First Appointment?

Our New Patient Appointments start with a Bio-Resonance Health Scan 2 weeks before your first appointment.  This will give the doctor an indepth look at your current health status. 

Please print and fill out our New Patient Forms and arrive 5 minutes early before your 1st appointment.  This will allow you to utilize the full hour with the doctor. 

If applicable bring any recent lab/bloodwork, X-ray/CT/MRI reports & CDs.

Our staff help our office run smoothly – they are available in office or by phone:
Monday thru Thursday:  9:00am-4pm.
Friday:  9am-1pm.
